National Geographic Support

The objective of this project was to re-design and develop a single online support resource for natgeomaps.com and topo.com customers. The support site will enhance the end user experience and qualify and control the stream of customers for National Geographic Maps support staff. The site will also ensure National Geographic’s high standard of customer support is available through multiple websites.
