Shepherd Interactive provided KAI with a complete website re-design. The primary goal of the re-design was to merge three distinct product lines – Kershaw Knives, Shun Cutlery, and Zero Tolerance – into a unified online experience under a single KAI USA brand. A secondary goal was to reduce the number of daily calls received – a sign that the website didn’t meet the needs of its audience. Shepherd Interactive successfully launched the new site in 2006, bringing the brands together while maintaining their unique identities and drastically reducing the call volume by providing a fulfilling customer experience online.
