Cisco Mobility Advisor

Cisco needed a way to capture and quantify leads for its mobility solutions. Shepherd Interactive partnered with another design agency to create a web-based “Mobility Advisor,” which asked visitors a series of simple questions and then asked them to rank the importance level of each. In the end, visitors received recommendations based on the answers given, in the form of a dynamically generated PDF file. The lead information is captured and stored into a custom designed database with administrative reporting tools built specifically to address the client’s needs.

Shepherd Interactive was responsible for working with Cisco IT staff to develop the back-end components in a flexible, scalable, and secure manner that could be dropped into their existing infrastructure. The immediate success of the tool was overwhelming. Since launch the front-end interface has gone through several revisions to keep it fresh, while the same back-end solution Shepherd Interactive developed continues to power the site.
